With over 30 years business experience, at management and director level, Annabel brings to her client work a real knowledge of the kinds of challenges and issues involved in building a business through organic growth. She gained her practical business development and leadership experience over 18 years as part of the leadership team that built the highly successful Programmes / Merchants Group, a £27m turnover business prior to sale in 1996/97. 

Annabel is known for her practical, insightful and business focused approach to coaching, honed through working with over 500 Board and senior team leaders, across many industries and functions.  

Currently focused on helping leaders to manage key transitions both personally and organisationally, to think differently, communicate powerfully and achieve the results their world is asking of them.   

Having run her own successful coaching practice over the last 16 years she now provides supervision and business development advice to other coaches.  

Her coaching style is highly pragmatic, bringing a finely tuned intuition and insight to her clients with many years of both practical business experience and professional training in her field of work.
